One of New England’s oldest confectioners, HEBERT CANDIES has delighted generations with their velvety smooth creations. New investors recognized the value in the Hebert name and the need to reinvigorate the company’s tired brand, packaging and website. Guided by consumer research, creative efforts led with an updated Hebert logotype, followed by the redesign of nearly 100 product packages. Mall intercept interviews confirmed our strategic and creative approach was a hit with consumers.
The trade loved it, too, and increased their orders of Hebert products at record levels. An e-commerce website, trade advertising, and an array of seasonal promotions rounded out the development process. Our just rewards for all of the hard work? Well, in addition to indulging in delicious Hebert candies for nearly a year, the BrandFocus team was rewarded with our fourth internationally recognized ReBrand 100® Global Award for strategic and creative rebranding excellence.
